The overall ranking of your stage race, worked out for you.
Run stage races —different days, even different towns— under a single event. Each stage with its own entry and ranking, plus an automatic overall that adds up the times of everyone who finishes every stage. With entry by pack or by single stage, one payment and no spreadsheets.
A stage race multiplies the work… if you do it by hand.
Putting on several days of racing brings its own headaches:
Adding up each stage's times in a spreadsheet to work out the overall, with room for error.
You don't know how to let the runner pay for the full pack or just a single stage.
You have to enter the same runner by hand in every one of the stages.
Who did every stage and who only some? Hard to know for sure.
This module automates it all: entry, ranking per stage and overall, with one payment and no spreadsheets.
Everything you can do
Independent stages, one event
Each stage is a complete race with its own date, town, categories and its own ranking.
Create stages in one click
Add a new stage from the event's details, ready to set the date and town.
Full pack or single stage
The runner chooses: pay for all the stages at once in a single payment, or sign up for just the one they want.
Automatic entry in every stage
Pay for the pack and the runner is entered automatically in every stage. No repeating the work.
Automatic overall by total time
The overall ranking works itself out by adding up each stage's times. No spreadsheets.
Only finishers count
The overall only includes those with a time recorded in every stage. Fair and error-free.
Individual overall
Total time across every stage, sorted from lowest to highest.
Pairs overall
Works with pairs entry: men's, women's and mixed, adding up their stage times too.
Local runners overall
If every stage shares the same town, the local-runners ranking is generated too.
What you'll use it for
🏔️ Multi-day trail or cycling
A weekend race with a Saturday and a Sunday stage, each on its own route, with an overall that adds them up.
🗺️ Stages in different towns
A circuit running through several towns: each stage with its own entry, and the overall tying the whole route together.
🎟️ Runners who only want one stage
Not everyone wants the full pack: let them sign up for just the day they're after.
👥 Stage races with pairs
If your race allows pairs entry, the overall adds them up just the same, split by pair category.
🏠 Rewarding the local runners
When the circuit stays in the same town, you also get the ranking of runners from the area.
It's this easy
Create the event as a stage race and add each stage.
Set up the full pack and, if you like, the price of each single stage.
The runner signs up: pay the pack and they're in every stage at once.
Time each stage as always; the overall works itself out.
Frequently asked questions
Can a runner sign up for a single stage?
Yes. They can enter a single stage or the full pack in one payment, whichever you set up.
Do I have to enter the runner in each stage by hand?
No. Pay the pack and they're entered automatically in every stage, with the same details and bib.
How is the overall worked out?
By adding up each stage's time for those with a record in all of them. It's sorted from lowest to highest total.
What if someone drops out on a stage?
With no time on some stage, they don't make the overall (but they keep their ranking in the stages they did finish).
Does it work with pairs and local runners?
Yes. The overall is also generated by pairs (men's/women's/mixed) and, if every stage shares the same town, by local runners.
Can I have several levels or routes (short and long) within the stages?
You can mark each stage's level and the overall is worked out separately for each. That said, the pack's automatic entry is for now designed for single-level races; if you use several levels, check with us the best way to set it up for your race.
Your stage race, with no spreadsheets and no repeated entries.
Pack or single stage, automatic entry in each one, and an overall that works itself out —individual, pairs and locals—. You organise; the system does the rest.
