How it works
Set it up
Tell us what race you're organising: the type of event, how you need to show the results and the tools you might need. The price is worked out instantly, without asking you for a single personal detail.
Pay and publish
You pay once for the whole year and get instant access to the platform to set up your event and open entries straight away, with every module you need.
Manage it and do it again
A full dashboard: entrants, payments, bibs, timing from a phone and live results. And next year's edition is one click away with your whole set-up — 20% off, modules included.
Built for people who organise sports events
Sports clubs
Run your ride or race without depending on anyone, and repeat it every year in one click.
Local councils
Publish your public races with entries and official results, with no infrastructure of your own.
Timing companies
Handle several races a year on one plan, with your whole back catalogue online and no friction per race.
Independent organisers
From entry to finish line with a single tool — you in charge, everything under control.
Your entry money is yours. From the very first sign-up.
Runners pay straight into YOUR account — bank transfer, card or PayPal. CronoMeta never holds the money nor takes a cut per entry.
With CronoMeta
- ✓ Runners pay into YOUR account (bank transfer, card or PayPal)
- ✓ The money is available right away, not after the event
- ✓ No fee per entry: you only pay your gateway
Other platforms (the usual)
- ✕ They collect entries into THEIR own account
- ✕ They pay you out once the event is over
- ✕ They keep a fee on every entry

The headaches of organising, sorted
Every problem of putting on a race has its answer inside the platform. Fewer spreadsheets and phone calls; more control.
«I take entries over WhatsApp and in spreadsheets, and then I have to reconcile the payments by hand.»
✓Online entries with automatic payment (card, bank transfer or PayPal), entry limits, age categories and discounts. The money lands in your account.
«Race day is chaos: handing out bibs, timing, and getting the results out on time.»
✓Bib collection by QR, timing from a phone with checkpoints, and results that publish themselves as runners are tapped in at the finish.
«Runners never stop asking about their times and positions.»
✓Live results and live tracking from each checkpoint. The site is an installable app with alerts to follow your favourite runners.
«I need a website for the race, but I have neither the time nor the budget.»
✓Your public page ready in minutes — race details, entry, entrants and results — with no separate website to build or pay for.
«Every year I start from scratch: categories, forms, prices, poster…»
✓Create next year's edition in one click with your whole set-up and the dates already moved forward. 20% off, modules included.
«Hiring outside timing is expensive and leaves me depending on other people.»
✓Time it yourself from a phone, or stick with your timing company and publish their results. Your call — and it's all in one place.
