With this module you enter the order you are going to place, by fit and size, and each runner picks theirs when signing up, while stock lasts. What you offer is exactly what you ordered, and anyone who wants their size hurries to sign up.
Event shirts: the order that always goes wrong.

Enter the garment (technical T-shirt, jersey…) with its fits, men, women, unisex or kids, and the units of each size. With quick presets from XS to 3XL and from 4 to 14 years.
Photo and size guide
Upload a photo of the garment and its measurements so each runner gets their size right before choosing it.
Sizes with stock in the form
In the online registration the runner sees which sizes are left: Available, Only a few left, Last 3! or Sold out. Without showing your quantities.
Reserved on payment
The size is reserved once the registration is paid (or straight away if it is free). No garments are held for people who never pay.
A reason to sign up early
The bar of what is left and the last-units notices say it clearly: sign up first, choose first.
Real-time stock
Per size: ordered, reserved, pending payment and still left. With a warning when a size has more demand than free units.
Hassle-free pick-up
At the QR bib pick-up the volunteer sees whether the garment is theirs, whether it is reserved when they pay, or whether they go without.

📦 The supplier order, as early as they ask
Place the order when your supplier requires it and enter it as it is. From then on, exactly what is coming is what gets handed out: not one garment too many promised, not one box of leftovers.
🏃 One more reason to sign up early
Announce it on social media: "sizes go in order of payment". Whoever wants their M won't wait until the last week, and your registrations start earlier.
📈 Running out of M? Top up in time
The table warns you when a size has more pending demand than free units. If your supplier accepts a second order, raise the units and retry the reservation of those who were left without.
🛣️ Several distances, one order
With multi-distance, every distance of the race shares the same garment and the same stock.
🙅 No shirt, if the runner prefers
You can allow signing up without the garment: you know how many turn it down and you don't over-order.
Fair for runners, no surprises for you
- ✓ Sizes are reserved in order of payment: whoever pays first gets the last one.
- ✓ If two runners pay for the last unit at the same time, only one gets it.
- ✓ A size already reserved is never lost, even if you change the order later.
- ✓ Runners don't see your quantities: only whether their size is available, running low or sold out.
- ✓ A sold-out size can't be chosen: they pick another or sign up without the garment, if you allow it.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the size reserved on payment and not on sign-up?
Because some people pre-register and never pay. If sizes were held on sign-up, shirts would be reserved for people who are not going to run while other runners go without theirs. Reserving on payment is the fairest way, and the form explains it to the runner when choosing.
What happens if a runner pays when their size has already sold out?
They go without a garment and you see them in a list in your dashboard. If you top up the order or a unit is freed, you retry their reservation with one button, or change them to another size that is left.
Can runners see how many shirts I ordered?
No. They see whether their size is available, running low, down to the last units (1 to 3) or sold out, plus a bar with the percentage of the total that is left.
Can I offer men's, women's and kids' sizes?
Yes. The garment can have men, women, unisex and kids fits, each with its own sizes and units.
What if my race has several distances?
All distances share the same order and the same stock: the garment belongs to the race, not to each distance.
Can I change the order once people have signed up?
Yes. If you add units, you can retry the reservation of anyone who was left without their size. If you reduce them, whoever has already paid keeps theirs.
Can a runner change size?
Until it is reserved, yes: from their area or from the payment page, among the sizes that are left. You can always change it from their record in the dashboard.
Can someone sign up without a shirt?
Yes, if you allow it when setting up the order. That way you know how many don't want it and can fine-tune the order.
