Runner area with history, times and certificate, so they come back to your race every year.
Every participant has their own account with a username and password: that's where they find their race history, their average speed, their best time and their certificate to download as a PDF. Every new race they run on the platform adds itself to their history. It's the difference between being "just another race" and being the place a runner comes back to year after year.
The runner finishes the race and you never hear from them again.
Without a private area, this is what usually happens:
The participant asks for their certificate by email and you have to find it and generate it by hand.
Every event lives in isolation: the runner has no idea how many times they've raced with you.
The next year, they sign up as if it were the first time, with no sense of continuity.
You've no way for the runner to compare their progress across races, so they've no extra reason to come back.
This module turns each entry into a lasting bond between the runner and the platform, not an isolated event forgotten the next day.
Everything you can do
Their own account, with a password
Secure sign-up and login: each runner enters a space of their own with their ID and password.
A history of all their races
Every race they've taken part in on the platform, with date, distance, time and position.
Average speed, compared
Their average speed and best time, worked out and compared automatically across all their races.
Certificate to download as PDF
Their own participation certificate βwith their name, time and position, and in the language they chose when signing upβ, ready to download or print.
Certificate with your own design
Customise the certificate background with each event's image, so it carries your brand and your sponsor.
Faster sign-up next time
When they enter a new event, their details auto-fill by ID: less friction and more repeat entries.
This is what sets you apart from other organisers
π A history that grows with every future race
When you put on your next event, every runner who already has an account automatically sees that new race added to their history, without you doing a thing.
π A certificate in each runner's own language
Every participant downloads their certificate in the language they chose when signing up. If runners come to your race from abroad, each takes theirs in their own language, with nothing for you to prepare.
π Loyalty with no effort
A runner with a history on the platform has an extra reason to come back: to keep building their own record with you.
ποΈ A far more professional image
A PDF certificate, performance stats and a personal account are the details that set your event apart from a plain entry form.
π Less manual work for you
No more hunting for certificates or answering "how many times have I raced with you?" one by one: the runner checks it themselves.
π± Think in several events, not one
If you run more than one race a year (or several editions), the private area turns the platform into the runner's permanent meeting point with all of them.
Built so only those who actually raced can get in
- β Sign-up is validated against a real entry (matching ID + email), not just anyone can create an account.
- β Passwords protected, never in plain text.
- β The history and stats are worked out on the spot, always with current data.
- β The certificate is generated on the fly on each download: the runner can grab it as many times as they want.
It's this easy
The runner signs up with their ID, email and password.
They reach their private panel whenever they want.
They see their history, average speed and download their certificate.
Every new race they run on our platform is added on its own to their account.
Frequently asked questions
Can anyone create an account?
No. Only someone who matches a real entry can sign up (same ID and email used when entering), which keeps out fake accounts.
Does the history include all my events or just one?
It includes every race on the platform that runner has taken part in, identifying them by their ID.
What if I put on a new event next year?
As soon as the runner signs up and races it, it automatically shows in their history alongside the previous ones.
How is the average speed worked out?
From the distance and time of each race with a recorded result, also showing their best time across them all.
Can I customise the certificate?
Yes, you can set your own background image for each event; if you don't upload one, a default design is used.
