Create your race bibs as a PDF, ready for the printer.
A designer for physical bibs: download the print-ready PDF with each runner's name, number, size and your own background design. It takes the bibs you already have —assigned with the numbering module or imported from a CSV— and lays them out on its own, with real print sizes, colours per category and the emergency phone number. No graphic designer, nothing to lay out by hand.
Laying out bibs one by one is a nightmare no one wants to repeat.
If you've prepared bibs in a graphics editor, you know these problems:
Commissioning the bib design from a graphic designer costs money, and every last-minute change costs more.
Putting each runner's name, bib and size into the layout by hand is a nightmare no one wants to repeat.
The printer asks for exact sizes and print-ready files, and the home-made PDF never comes out right.
With every last-minute entry you have to lay it all out and re-export again.
This module builds the print PDF with each runner's details already in place. You just pick the design; the system does the rest.
Everything you can do
Print-ready PDF
One click and you download the PDF with one page per bib: only the participants who already have a number, in order.
Real print sizes
Pick the bib's physical size: 200×150 or 210×150 mm. The PDF comes out at the exact size the printer asks for.
Your own background
Upload whatever background you want (your poster, a photo, the sponsors) and the system lays all the details on top, legible over any background.
Colours per category
The number can be a different colour per category and sit on a colour block, like professional bibs, so you tell runners apart at a glance.
Each runner's details, on their own
Every bib prints the race name and date, the giant number, the runner's name, size, category and event type. Nothing to touch.
Checkpoint boxes on the side
Add 1 to 5 CONTROL boxes down the side of the bib to mark passes through aid stations or course checkpoints.
Emergency phone number
Set the emergency phone number and it shows at the foot of every bib, as required for events in the natural environment.
With your numbers, wherever they come from
Works with bibs assigned with our numbering module or imported from a CSV: if the runner has a number, they're in the PDF.
Regenerate whenever you want
Change the design or add new people and regenerate the PDF as many times as you need, at no cost and no waiting.
What you'll use it for

🗂️ Bibs colour-coded by category
Each category with its own number colour (or colour block) so judges and volunteers tell them apart instantly.
🏔️ Trail and mountain races
Control boxes down the side for course passes and the emergency phone number printed on every bib.
🕘 Last-minute changes
New people come in or you change the background: regenerate the whole PDF in one click, with nothing to lay out again.

Frequently asked questions
How do I prepare bibs for sports events without a graphic designer?
The designer lays the bibs out for you. Pick the physical size your printer asks for (200×150 or 210×150 mm), upload your background image — the poster, a photo or the sponsor board — and choose the colours and sizes of each field. The system places each runner name, number, category and emergency phone on top, and you download a print-ready PDF with one page per bib. No Illustrator, no manual layout.
What does each bib print?
The race name and date in the header, the giant number (with an optional colour block), the runner's full name, their size, the event type, the category, the control boxes you set up and the emergency phone number at the foot.
What size are the bibs printed at?
You choose between 200×150 and 210×150 mm, the standard print formats. The PDF comes out at the exact physical size, ready to send.
Can I use my own background design?
Yes. You upload any image (your poster, a course photo, the sponsor band) and the system lays the details on top, over a translucent band so the number always reads.
Can I make the number a different colour per category?
Yes. You define a general colour and, if you want, a specific colour for each category of the event, plus a colour block behind the number.
Do I need the bib assignment module?
It's not required. The designer prints any bib that already exists: you can assign them with our numbering module or import them from a CSV. All it needs is for each runner to have their number.
Are all entrants in the PDF?
Only those who already have a bib assigned, in number order. If someone new comes in, you give them their bib and regenerate the PDF.
